BEAST TAMER TRAINING



I'll be participating in the RKC II in July. I've been toying with the idea of attempting the Beast Tamer Challenge since I signed up for the certification. The Challenge consists of 1x 48kg Clean and Press, 1x 48kg Pull-up and 1x 48kg Pistol Squat. I was making good progress before taking a break from heavy lifting due to a small injury. This was my first heavy day back to Tamer training. I'm one bell away from the press and the pull-up. Two sizes away from the pistol. Getting close.
